Manufactured in a SQF-approved and ISO 9001 certified facilities, the Co-Polymer-X™ Family of Films are produced with proprietary resin formulations on advanced multi-layered co-extrusion lines that increase overall strength, reduce plastic consumption and save you money.
The Co-Polymer-X™ Family of Films are currently available in two different grades, Co-Polymer-X™ and Co-Polymer-XP™. The Co-Polymer-X™ formulation is downgauged (typically up to 25%) over standard film that results in a stronger more cost-effective solution for both Food Service (SQF-Certified) and Industrial Film Applications. The Co-Polymer-XP™ formulation is downgauged (30-50%) over standard film for an even stronger and thinner source-reduction film.

New Business Criteria
Co-Polymer X™/XP™ films require additional R&D and complex manufacturing processes, especially when using barrier resins. As a result, we look for opportunities that can provide a minimum 2,000 lb. order for non-barrier films and 5,000 lbs. for barrier films.
Typical lead times are 2 to 3 weeks for orders after specifications are determined.
