Larry Lanham is the CEO of Polymer Packaging Inc., and The William-Allen Company, LLC. Larry founded Polymer Packaging in 1986 as a marketing and distribution organization. The company has since grown into a state-of-the-art manufacturing organization providing engineered flexible packaging solutions with three divisions in Ohio and Michigan and three affiliate-owned plants in Cincinnati and Charlotte.

Jessie is the President of Polymer Protective Packaging. Jessie joined the Polymer Family in November of 2007 and has held numerous positions throughout the years. Jessie has over 26 years of manufacturing experience in Flexible Packaging. Jessie and her husband Tony enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren. Traveling, cooking and outdoor adventures are some of Jessie’s favorite activities in her spare time.
Gregg Umberger is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Polymer Packaging Inc., Polymer Protective Packaging LLC, and William-Allen LLC companies. He has served with the company since 2016. Gregg has two degrees, one in Business Management and the other in Finance from Walsh University. Gregg has been doing accounting and finance work for over twenty-four years. He prides himself with recently completing two business acquisitions and two business sales for Polymer Packaging Inc. all within six months of each other. His work ethic and financial skill set are his best business attributes. Gregg and his wife Kelly have one child. Their interests are hiking in the outdoors all year long.
John is the Vice President of Sales for the Flexibles division of Polymer Packaging Inc. John joined Polymer Packaging in June 2020 where his primary focus has film & pouch sales. He leverages his background in food & flavoring ingredients by targeting the Food & Beverage industry and has grown into other markets as well.
Prior to joining Polymer, John attended Miami University, receiving his B.S. in Marketing. He then worked for Givaudan Flavors for ten years, earning his MBA along the way.
When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and their daughters Evelyn and Isla in their Cincinnati OH home, as well as running and slipping in a game of pickup basketball.
Andrew serves as Vice President of Sales for the Bakery division of Polymer Packaging. He began his career with The William-Allen Company in 2019 as a Sales Representative and played a key role in its continued growth prior to the company joining the Polymer Packaging Family of Companies in 2023.
Andrew brings a relationship-driven approach to sales leadership, with a strong emphasis on partnership, growth, and long-term value creation. His background prior to joining Polymer includes experience as a nonprofit youth director and an insurance agent, where he earned multiple sales awards for both performance and customer service.
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Mount Union and earned his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
He resides in Louisville with his fiancée, Sarah, and their two dogs, Josie and Arthur. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys supporting Cleveland sports teams, golfing, and cooking.
Dee Wickham is the HR Manager for Polymer Packaging Inc, Polymer Protective Packaging and The William-Allen Company LLC. Dee joined the Polymer team in 2020 as the Payroll/Benefits Specialist and became the HR Manager in 2023. Previously Dee was the Administrative Manager for 22 years with a local Office Equipment Dealer. Dee is an avid fan of musicals and local theater. In her spare time Dee also likes to spend time with her daughter Morgan, other family members and friends.
Drew Anderson is the Sourcing and Purchasing Manager for Polymer Packaging Inc., and William-Allen LLC Companies. Drew joined the team in 2023 and brings with him over 10 years’ experience in procuring and purchasing packaging products in a distribution environment. Drew and his wife Kelsey have two children. In his free time, Drew enjoys cheering for Cleveland sports teams as well as fishing and camping.
