Our protective packaging division is located in Sparta, Michigan, just north of Grand Rapids. This facility is in the business of converting numerous types of substrates. Our core strengths are flexibility and capability.

Major Products & Market Segments
- Wicketing and staple pack polyethylene bags, which are found throughout the food and industrial markets.
- The Insul-Liner™ family of foil bubble and foil foam pouches, sheets, form-fit box liners, and pallet covers for thermal insulation applications, including overnight pharmaceutical shipments, food packaging, temperature sensitive chemicals, and more. These products many times replace EPS coolers and allow increased use of warehouse space.
- Bubble and foam sheets, pouches, and diecuts. Markets include automotive, furniture, electronics, and countless products where protective packaging is required.
- Spunbond pouches, sheets, and diecuts, used heavily in automotive and other products where abrasion protection and breathability are key attributes.
- We have a stock bubble and foam program that includes standard sizes of bubble and foam in pouches and rolls. This program is designed to support our customers that just need a few cases or rolls of bubble or foam.
- Diecut polyethylene films and bags, as well as foam, bubble, and spunbond polypropylene. We specialize in short and medium run diecut products.
